When the market research company Millward Brown launched a new crossmedia research solution worldwide. They asked for our help with setting it up and training the local teams.
Working closely with the product director, we created and designed:
- A sales pack with case studies and advice on how to sell this new product
- ‘How to’ handbook explaining how best manage a project.
- Questionnaire templates
- A database of cases to analyse and compare results
- Dedicated intranet pages
The launch was very successful with projects sold in 8 countries and €5M+ business won in the first 9 months.
